1.In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Stir in food coloring (if desired). Remove from heat.
2. Add KELLOGG'S RICE KRISPIES® cereal to half the mixture, and KELLOGG’S COCOA KRISPIES® cereal to the other half. Stir until well coated.
3. Using butter spatula or wax paper, press mixture into a coated, 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Cool slightly.
4. Using cookie cutters coated with cooking spray cut into X’s and O’s shapes
5. Decorate with frosting and/or sprinkles. Place on wax paper-lined tray to cool and set. Best if served the same day.
